Yoga with Brenda Saharina

Brenda is a competent, joyful, fun and caring Yoga Instructor with many years of practice. She is clear in her instructions, easy to follow ,supportive and encouraging! absolutely recommend her!

I am always happy to do yoga with Brenda...not easy for me to find time for yoga but when i do i feel like a new person after Brenda's class ...especially on the day after. what I have always liked about her yoga is that it is always tailor made ..she just knows what it is we need to unblock, rest, release, and work on ...100% I recommend Brenda as a yoga instructor ...you just need to give it a try and you will never regret :)

I can only and highly recommend Brenda! She is an amazing yoga teacher. Every class with Brenda is unique and pushes you to go deeper in your practice. I’m grateful to have met her.

My partner and I had been looking for a yoga teacher for a long time, now it's been more than a year since we stumbled upon one of her classes so we would never fail. Incredible how he knows how to read us at all times and give us the class we need every day. I don't have a person around me to whom I haven't recommended it. The only thing I regret is not having more time to go to even more classes with all the benefits that Brenda brings us with her classes.

Highly recommended !! Her classes are diverse, deep, conscious and with a knowledge of the body and movement that I have never seen in other physical disciplines and in other yoga instructors. Brenda has the gift of knowing every day what your body and soul needs, that makes her classes addictive and once you try them it is difficult to leave them.
